Comprehensive Process

Sterlite provides a comprehensive orientation process and continued ongoing employee development through use of our resource management practice.  Orientation is divided into two major segments:  general orientation and a client-specific orientation.  The orientation process covers a wide range of topics such as: Direct Deposit Form, I-9, Applicant Data Record, New Hire Form, Employee Handbook Acknowledgement Form, Code of Business Conduct Acknowledgement, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Acknowledgement of Sexual Harassment Sensitivity Training, Medical Benefits Summary, as well as the Contract Associate Orientation Feedback Questionnaire.

 

 

Client-Specific

Sterlite recognizes the need for on-boarding training, ramp-up training, and skill maintenance and enhancement training.  Training sessions are held for both new and replacement staff so that technology and procedural information may be successfully transferred without disruption to the client's business.
