At Sterlite, we do not believe in vendor lock-in. We never have and never will install proprietary code layers that lock our clients in to use us. Each of our clients wants to work with us, they do not have to work with us. Training
Our roots are in training. In fact, all of our implementations include a business user and/or technical user training component. We can build the best, most feature-rich application for a client, but if they do not know how to use it, they will not be happy. By spreading knowledge and empowering our clients to be their best, and leverage technology to the fullest, it’s a win-win situation.
